I've used GRS three times in the last 15 years and their services were top notch every time. The teams they use are always ready to help and will go out of their way to ensure that moving is a smooth and fun experience. If I'll ever move again (although I sincerely hope that won't happen anytime soon), I'll call them again without any trace of doubt.

I’ve stored my belongings in one of Global Relocation Services maritime containers that they offer for rent, unfortunately it leaked like a sieve and got all my stuff moldy. To add insult to injury when I wanted to relocate my belongings I was yelled at by one of Global Relocation’s staff and told that my stuff is being held for ransom and that I’m not allowed to move it until they see the money in their bank account for 2 invoices, 2 invoices that were actually paid already and for which I’ve shown them the bank transfer. The money was on the way since the payment was issued Friday afternoon and I’ve went to get my stuff on Sunday. They made me come back again with the moving truck and moving staff on Monday, in order for the funds to reach their account first!! The mix up with the outstanding invoices was also generated by their accounting department, I’ve issued the payment as soon as they’ve notified me! The employees are totally unprofessional, there is no company culture, no customer orientation. If you value your belongings and time you should steer clear of this company.
